Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 07 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item. We will gladly replace the product at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations 

Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped. Once the product has shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Exceptions 

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion.
